    Due to altered market situations, the client decided to replace one of their crucial profitable units with a new strategic field of business operations. On the basis of an international franchise, the client opened a chain of retail stores. Projections of the franchise owner did not meet the expectations and the competitive situations also became even more strained. The client's decision was, therefore, to hire SIGEM Business Consulting to consult them concerning the reorganization of its company. The company was to be optimized in such a way that the existing strategic fields of operation of the company would be able to stand the competitive pressure of the branch as well as of the purchase chain. The key task of our consulting company was to combine sales-market functional fields which were developing independently and separately throughout the years.

    The advisers of SIGEM Business Consulting identified possible fields for improvement on the basis of balance sheet analyses of individual sectors, interviews with the leading persons of the company and individual sectors, formation of business model and execution of added value analysis of each working place within all sales-marketing sectors. In this way, a future business model of company's business operation was formed. With regard to the raised competitive pressure and altered supply policies, the crucial view for the formation of a future business model covered the complete optimization of processes doubled until then in the whole organization of the client.
